I will say right off I am done with “speakers” and here is a story to tell you why.
The other day I set up a phone interview with one of Tony Robbins crew members. I was under the impression that I was being called for an assessment. Not entirely so. She went through the spill asking a few questions that really was just filler for what she come up with next. She said we have courses you can take to become a speaker. I was immediately like, “How much?” Then she hit me with the low low price of thirty-five hundred dollars! That is for six months of training that I could get up and do now, just to be honest. I told her I could not afford that now and she got quiet said she would send me the link and abruptly ended the call. Yea, I felt so “loved” then. Guess what, no link was ever sent. That was the kicker for me. I will say I believe in what Tony Robbins says and many of the other speakers, but as for me to go to a seminar and pay what I can get off YouTube, not happening. I think they get over on people and make a ton of money doing so. I believe in the message and could teach it and will continue to do positive talk on my shows; however, I will not be a tax write off for these rich snake oil salesmen. I mean no harm to those of you that listen to these guys and pay the fees, possibly, but before you go to another seminar try researching the failure stories as well as the successful ones. You may find many went broke as the joke speaking and selling you the obvious. Thank you, Sugar Shane
